RNY  6 Years 7 Months Post Op

Morning

Long day ahead but an enjoyable one.  Golfing this morning with my girlfriends then lunch.  Out to celebrate a friends anniversary this evening at a wonderful Italian restaurant. 

STEPS - 8876

EATS

B - 4.5 oz roast turkey breast

     1/2 cup of splenda cranberries

 

L - 3/4 cup of tuna salad with 2 tomato slices

 

S - 2 sips of champagne ( literally)

     1 oz cheese and 3 triscuits

 

D - few bites - 1/2 cup of my DH's kale and apple salad

     Grouper Mediterranean - tomatoes/capers/olives/artichokes- 6 oz estimate

     1/2 cup of potato puree

     1 bread crisp

     glass of red wine

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,404,  Carbs - 64 Grams,  Protein - 115 Grams,  Fiber - 7 Grams

 

All water and vits

Good morning everyone.  Enjoy your celebrating today Barb.  Today it's general cleanup around the house and maybe a movie tonight.  I'm not really feeling my menu today so it might change.  Just having one of those blah pouch days.

1 year 4 months post op

B. Omelette with feta, black olives and tomatoes

S. Large decaf coffee

L. Smoked salmon and cream cheese rollups

S. Protein coffee

D. Shrimp and a little ancho chili dip

S. Protein hot chocolate

MFP totals Calories 893, Carbs 36, Fat 43, Protein 100

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Not much sleep last night. Dog got me up twice last night to go outside. Did not want to eat this morning so have been sort of snacking.

Need to start cleaning and cooking now for tomorow.
