Doctor Consult

Dr. Cheung approved me on our consult this morning. Yah! Also received my dietitian appointment for September 13th! I see the social worker on Tuesday.  Things are moving. 

Just have a question.  They gave me an appointment on Nov 2 before I saw the doctor today for a physician follow up. What is that? I thought once the doctor approved me I wouldn't need this one? 

it's basically the last step before they send you to surgical education class. I had to see the doctor a second time he just made sure he had everything in my file asked me what hospital I wanted to go to and sent me home it took maybe 10 mins 

Ugh really? He asked me that today about which hospital and reviews everything.  Driving 2 hours each way for a short appointment is brutal. 

Call and do your appointment through telehealth.  I've  done almost all of mine that way.
