Learning a lesson even 1.5 years out

I did something tonight I haven't done since surgery -- I ate an unmeasured portion of snack food. And I feel horrible. I always always always use little 1/2 cup containers when eating snacks so I don't overeat. Tonight for some reason I grabbed the bag, telling myself I would just eat one portion and share with the puppy. I obviously ate more than one portion and I've felt like vomiting (sorry for the tmi) for the past hour. Thank you wls tool for kicking me in the butt for making such a stupid mistake. Will not be doing that again any time soon. Lesson learned.

I've done the same thing and I feel your pain. It's a heck of a way to learn a lesson, isn't it?

Been there done that. Being human we will do it again. Just try to remember for as long as you can how crappy it made you feel.
