Psychology appt tomorrow

I have my psychology appt tomorrow and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what to expect. I have no idea what this appt will entail.

If you usually bring a support person with you...dont bother if you are going through TWH anyway.  This appointment only is for you and your support person would be sitting waiting in waiting room.  They go over how you handle stress....if you ever did drugs....any trauma in your life and how did you handle it....it wasn't sCary at all.  It's just about issues you may have encountered over life...marriage...relationships things like that and how you coped.
