5 Months Post Op 90 pounds gone forever!

Hey Everyone.
Just thought i would check in as this journey has been nothing but a dream come true.
My starting weight was 291 I am 5'9. As of March 25th 2017 I am 5 months post op and 90 pounds down.
I am in onederland a this was something i set from the beginning in my mind.
I decided to give up meat after my surgery and only eat fish. (pescetarian)
I do not regret this on bit. I stick to eating clean my goal is to be down 140 pounds lost in total by June.
I have no side affects and i drink alot of water.

Just know this journey works for those who strive to change there lifestyle and not consume things that have no nutritional value.
Hard yet amazing. Can believe I am 5 months already.
