so it seems ive hit another stall... havent lost in over a week, which is discouraging as i am now 4 months out (as of saturday) and am 1 pound away from having lost 100 lbs... to date, since surgery i have lost 70 lbs which is PHENOMENAL in my opinion... this is beyond frustrating and i get that its part of the journey but MAN OH MAN.. it plays with your head!! hoping that with increasing my activity and intake ill kick it!!! thanks for letting me vent! hope everyone has a great week

I remember when I was sitting at 201 waiting for onederland. I hadn't had a stall until that point and I sat just above 200 for two weeks. I had planned to write a post on here when I got to 199 because it was onederland, over 100 pounds lost, and my lowest ever adult weight. Stupid stalls ;) they just don't work with our schedules!!

I have made a decision to only weigh myself once a week. The scale is in the bathroom and I was literally going to the washroom, stripping down and slowly getting on to, hopefully, see another decrease. The surgeon told a friend to weigh herself once a month and I assume he will give me the same advice when I see him at the end of May. So I decided to be proactive and knowing that I couldn't wait an entire month, decided that Friday morning would be the day. The scale was staring at me this morning and I just ignored it (lol).

1 lbs. away from 100 lbs. lost. Incredible and incredibly frustrating. Congratulations - and in 4 months - which translates to 13 weeks. Wow! No need to ever compare as we are all getting there one pound at a time. You have a lot to be proud of and I know your success continues!
