Amazing to be in ONE DERLAND

Hello everyone!

I am officially 16 weeks out today!

I weighed myself on Monday morning and I am finally in ONE DERLAND!

I am now 199. I can't believe that I have lost 84 lbs. I am pretty sure this was my weight a quarter of a century ago. So hard to believe. This journey has been amazing! I have experienced some rough water along the way but for the most part it has been smooth sailing.

I am tolerating the clean eating, vitamins, water....

I am wearing size 12-14 leggings & a 1XL in tops. Down from size 18-22-24. Crazy beautiful feeling!

I have been crazy busy with life since I got back from my trip to Florida. Hoping to get back to working out. Now that Mother Nature is behaving, I would like to get out and walk. Maybe even get back onto my bicycle.

Love Love Love all the attention! People are in awe of the weighloss

The excess skin on my arms, legs & abdomen is not fun. Hoping to win a lottery to pay for that plastic surgery! LOL

I have loved getting to know all of you .

Your support and guidance throughout this journey has been amazing !

Thank you!

Sandra

Super excited for all of your accomplishments! I love hearing all the positive stories from everyone! U must feel amazing! I find it so weird for me to hear people say how good I look, I don't know why but I'm sure it's because I'm just not use to it yet! I really do feel amazing but I really don't see much difference in myself( that's got to be the heavy set mind from a girl that's been big all her life). Congratulations on all your hard work! Amazing job!

Hello and thanks for the nice message!

My goal is to continue this journey one pound at a time.

My ultimate goal is 175 lbs. I have a large bone frame. My weight management team thinks 190 is more realistic.

I would like to get to 175 so that I have some wiggle room.

Time will tell.

Ivam still adjusting to a slimmer me. I weigh less then my two oldest sons. They are 17 & 15. Strong football players. The other day my oldest son asked me what that bump was in the area of my rib cage.

I smiled and told him it is my rib. Lol

Congratulations!!! That must be such a great feeling. Enjoy the warm weather and getting out there as the new you! I can't wait for next summer. Still pre-op and won't get my surgery date until next week (likely sept/oct date at the rate things are going with bookings at TWH) but I would LOVE to be posting a similar post like this by next spring. It's inspirational stories like yours that keep the goal in sight for me. It's a long tunnel but there's a light glimmering at the end. Keep up the good work!!
