Good morning :)

Heading home today and I'm sooooo excited!! Can't wait to see the puppies. My SO is so excited to get home that he woke up at 7am. I had set my alarm for 8:30 because our flight is this afternoon.

There is a cinnamon bun and coffee bar at the hotel. I didn't even taste them. I'm calling that a win for the week. Scared to get weighed tomorrow, but with all the restaurant food I'm feeling very bloated.

Breakfast - turkey sausage, egg, oatmeal

Snack - cheese sticks

Lunch - tbd at airport

Snack - protein bar

Dinner - tbd during stopover

Snack - cocoa almonds or protein bar as needed

All water and vits.

Good morning all,

I forgot my protein shake (should be smart enough to keep some in my fridge here at work). I'll drink it tonight as a snack before bed. High of 21 here today, but a little wet and dreary. Need that sunshine. Going to measure tonight as my husband and I fell asleep by 8. Obviously not an exciting couple these days. I need to shop on the way home for staples as I have learned, through my pouch pals, that success comes in planning and if you don't have much of a selection in the house, planning is difficult - lol

B - black decaf., hard boiled egg

L - 2 oz. chicken breast

S - hard boiled egg

D - Half a turkey patty (had a scrambled egg instead last night), tzatziki and slice of tomato

S - Protein shake

Calories: 539, Protein: 63, Carbs: 10. All water and vitamins.

Safe trip home Meggles, may you get a good face wash from the pups when you arrive.

CC - thinking about you and hope all is well.

We have been taking bets on which puppy will be more excited to see us. It is the first time we have been away from the little one -- he's only 8 months old. I suspect my grandma has been spoiling them with treats ;)
