Almost 6 months post op RNY

Good morning!

I'm just about to head out on my first bike camping trip, assuming I can successfully bungee tie my sleeping back and tent onto my bike, lol. So excited to do this! It's not far to the campground; I think about 26 or 28 km, so this will be a good test run for a longer trip I'm planning for August. I hope my back can survive sleeping in a tent; I haven't done it in ages and can't carry a nice heavy air mattress with me. I have a thin inflatable sleeping pad so that will have to do, lol.

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with blueberries, decaff with premier protein.

Lunch: Tuna packet to go

Supper: Burger patty with cheese

Snack: Beef jerky, fibre one bar, hot chocolate.
