OPTI Woes
So, i am now waiting to hear back about my second round of Opti. I was told when we reschedualed my surgery that the order for more opti would be sent out and they would send it to me. i called shortly after the resched and asked when i should expect it. and the charge on my card. they said closer to the time. so i have been watching my card for the payment to come out. it has not (i am poor and keeping a hundred dollars on my card is tough, and face it i LOVE online shopping so that doesn't help lol)
i start opti again next Tuesday. so i expected it soon. i only need one weeks worth but i would like to have it so i don't have to worry.
i called TWH they sent me to the number for the Opti outlet ( i forget what it is called. the place we order from) THEY said they filled the order and they would need another fax. the hospital said they should fill it. it took some time to explain that they DID this was MORE opti i needed. i already was on it for two weeks. (but i didn't have four pouches a day so i had a fair amount left over.)
i am working full time right now and cant get away to grab a cab to go back to the hospital during business hours. so i called and asked them to resend a fax for one week chocolate and i would give them my cc. they were reluctant and a nurse called me. they did not want to take my cc. they want to see if they have the original form.i have been trying (while working) to go back and forth with the hospital
I missed a call when i left the desk for like 5 minutes. figures they would call then. i mean it isnt urgent i have the first weeks worth. i just want to make sure this is handled as soon as possible. i would hate to not have the stuff i need to get through.
sorry for the whine... just frustrated. 
I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!

That is frustrating. Sorry to hear you have to go through all that.
Has is gotten sorted out yet? I totally "get" wanting it to be sorted out.

Orientation: June 29th, 2016, Surgery March 22, 2017. Pre-surgery: 16 lbs, (Size 2x, 18/20), M1: 19 lbs. (Size 1x, 16/18), M2: 13 lbs. (Size 16, XL) M3: 10 lbs. (Size 14/16, large). M4: 6 lbs. (Size 14, large/medium). M5: 10 lbs. (Size 14, solid medium - lol), M6: 9 lbs. (Size 12, medium). M7: 8 lbs. (Size 10/12 and small/medium). M8: 7 lbs. (Size 10 and small/medium). M9: 2 lbs. (Size 8/10 - small/medium). Lost 100 lbs by Month 9! M10: 5 lbs. M11: 4 lbs. One year: 6 lbs. Total 111 lbs. lost!
