Carrying around all this weight all these years - 2 months out.

I've been away for a few days - up north at our property. We are off grid and have to bring in our own water. I have included a picture of me trying to pick up a 40 lb jug of water (didn't try too hard as I know I'm not suppose to lift too much, but the point is that I could not even budge it!) My husband mentioned to me that the water jug is the same amount of weight that I have lost since my highest weight, s
o he took my picture. I find it really incredible that I have been carrying around this weight all these years!!

It's been two months yesterday since my surgery. I am loving life. The biggest thing is that I can move and enjoy life so much easier. It's incredible. I am still eating whole foods - nothing processed, no sugar, no starches, lots of protein and lots of veggies every day. It really is working for me. The only complaint I have is that sometime I get a dull pain in my left side, but I am beginning to realize that this happens only when I eat too fast...still working on that.

I have also included some pictures of our yurt up north and the woods.

Love love!!! You look SO happy!

I love the water jug, and the fact you can barely budge it. Seriously, how did we carry around all our excess weight?! No wonder we feel so free without it!!!

Uou look great and happy and like life is meant to be lives like this for you! I'm so thrilled for you. It was so recently things were tough, surgery seemed so far away. Wow, look at you now. Awesome!!!

That is amazing to have a visual and weight on all you have lost. You carried it all around your body but then now you cannot lift it! It makes you see the big picture and I am so happy for you!

You off the grid is Beautiful! I love it. I have never seen a structure like that other then in high school so stayed in a teepee with out a top. Lol yours looks so much better and yet still unpluggedish. Amazing and thank you for sharing.
