Finally!!
Before I even had the chance to use my much appreciated surgery contact, I got a call from Sharon!!
I missed her call by 3 minutes and spent the rest of the day calling her to no avail like a psychotic ex girlfriend because her vm box was off lol.
BUT...this morning I got a surgery date of January 16th!! I haven't been this happy in a long time.
I know the date could move but I'm just so glad it's not April to start.
Optifast starts December 26th! Boy did I get lucky to miss Christmas by a day, but I would have happily chugged Opti with a bow on my head.
Thanks so much to oneatatime and everyone here for their support and positive thoughts!

I swear, seeing 'Anonymous' on the caller ID and hearing Sharons voice on the other end of the call was one of the best moments of my life!!!! I will always remember that day. I had been on the list for a cancellation and just about jumped out of my skin when she called.
I didn't get a 'last meal' as her call came with only 9 days to go before surgery so I had to immediately start optifast, but if I had, Christmas dinner might just have been the PERFECT last meal. That is really good timing for you!!!
