Cold and flu

I had my flu shot earlier this fall but I am really sick. I am three weeks post-op. what can I take? It seems to be a head cold with a sore throat. I have tried to do all the old cures, gargled with sal****er, kept my throat warm, netti pot, but to no avail it is just getting worse. Help!!! I have a job interview on Monday for a grade higher.

I was not a fast loser but who cares as long as you get there! I know the newbies check the trackers and the signatures so although I kind of lost track of how the rest of the weight came off, you should know that it was not fast and furious but it was slow and steady!

Tylenol cold and flu is your best option. I take vitamin C with zinc when I have a sore throat. Good luck Monday. Hope you start to feel better.

Good luck with your interview tomorrow. Are you a teacher? Drink lots of water and get lots of rest.

No I am a dispatcher, this is for a grade up in pay and position. I think I have lost about 20 IQ pts so I will need some luck!

Thanks for all the good wishes everyone. I took the tylenol but still pretty much bombed the interview and not as in dabomb.com!

Ah well there is always next year and besides I have my cute little pouch.

I hope you are doing better! I am so sick of tea and soup. I finally found a cough syrup that knocks me out. This flu is awful! Take care Rosie!
