I love this tool!
I can't say enough how happy I am with my decision to have WLS. This tool is amazing!
I have surpassed the new goal I had made for myself (130), I weighed in at 129.6 this morning 
I still don't feel done, I would really love to reach a healthy BMI. I've never been in the 'normal' range in my adult life, and I don't think I was as a teenager either, but I was close.
I've made an appointment with a plastic surgeon to ask questions about my loose skin. Not sure that I will be able to go through with it, financially, but I want to hear what he has to say. I think that getting my loose skin removed may be an added tool to help me stay on track during maintenance. I've heard the first few years of maintenance can be hard. I hoping to do everything I can to stay on track during the coming years so that this new way of eating and working out remain lifelong habits.
I really do feel like this is a life change for me, and that I can stick to it. But I also don't want to be naive. Our brains are weird. There are still stays when I put my hands on my stomach (especially if I'm bloated) and feel like I haven't lost a pound. Those are the days when I need to look at old photos and remind my brain that its dumb -

I am going to look at plastic surgeons soon but the one I want, wants me to be stable for 6 months. Which to them means a 2lb range.
