Anyone try Calcium patch?

My nutritionist told me that they don't work and told me not to use them. I bought liquid calcium and liquid multivitamins to get through the next little while.

Citrate is the recommended form. Skip these poor supplements.

I echo what's been said. I've heard nothing but bad reviews about patches. They wouldn't be my choice and are not recommended by my Centre.
