Topic: The laughing cow got the last laugh
I had a stressful day today.. work.. don't get me started.. then after work I was doing something to improve my current situation... work wise .. which took time and concentration and some stress,,,

I realized hell I didnt have any food since lunch really it was midnight.. I open the fridge see the laughing cow wheel.. yum.. I ate it too fast and didnt chew it properly..

MY MY MY... when I wonder if I really did have surgery.. this answers it .. having food just stuck... hurts so bad.. and for some reason .. I get a stabbing pain in my ear at the same time like I stuck the q tip in too far...

Some upheaves later... I am calm but I feel it hurt a little and the noises my insides made..

Ahhh... this slowing down . and chewing... is so different... You win damn cow you win.. I will chew you and savour you.. and make you last as long as possible...

They're going to pull the tooth, which I am grateful for. It's too infected to treat unfortunately.

10 lbs in three weeks is just fine. Organized is good, but don't become obsessive about the scale and the journaling either. It can become a cross- addiction! Lol

It costs an arm and a leg there. I get it in the US for about $2. For those who don't cross border shop, the PCone is WAY cheaper!

    Topic: Size 12P jeans!!
I cannot believe it but I fit into size 12 petite jeans today and of course I bought them.  They look so teeny tiny, I cannot believe they actually fit.  My head has really not caught up with my loss. I started at a size 2x on the bottom and a 3x on top.

It was tough today buying pants as I have a short rise and no bum or hips but the pants have to get over the lower stomach lump of skin and fat and then I can do them up. It is funny that I am 5 foot 6 inches but have to buy petite pants or else the crotch is at my knees.

Reality hit though when I went to LuLu Lemon for a pair of workout pants.. They had nothing bigger than a size 10 in the store although they do carry size 12 online. I felt like my usual fat self in there.  What is up with them and small sizes?  Does nobody bigger than a size 10 workout?  Where do you buy workout pants?

Did they change the BP machine?  I would wonder if the machine was working properly - or if the cuff was on correctly.

Very Very very small amount of the oil of cloves - too much and you can "burn" your gums.  But it works lovely.  My dentist will put in a temporary medicated filling in irritated cavities - they have the Oil of cloves in the mix.  Tastes like christmas.  I buy it at Shoppers

You can also get SF Heinz Ketchup from Low Carb grocery.  Tastes just like the regular one.

Poor baby.  Try an ice pack on the face.  It will help with the hot flashes too.

Topic: RE: Could I have a diet critique and help

    Hi Judy,
I was wondering if that might be happening. I don't have any light headedness so that's why I thought I'd ask people who have "been there and done that".

I updated the post to include the last protein shake and the last calcium. It's liquid calcium from Costco. I've got some delightful chocolate and lemon chews for when I get out of the puree phase that are 500mg of calcium each. I look forward to the treat.

It's a good thing to point out. Thanks and thanks for the compliment. I journal everything and color code. lol My journal is what keeps me organized. Then the measuring tools and digital scale in the kitchen.
