stinky armpits

This is something I haven't seen on here...unless I missed it. I am 3 yrs post op and ever since I had my surgery my armpits sweat and reek!!! I have tried the clinical strength deodorant but nothing seems to work. Does anyone else have this or maybe have some suggestions on something to try? Thanks in advance.

This may sound extreme, but I have heard of people having Botox shots int their armpits for severe sweating and odor. If yours is that bad you may want to check with your physician about it.
