     I appologize for not having kept up on my postings!  I have missed so much it seems! 
    Things are well for me-  Simon and I got engaged!!!  

    I hit 400 pounds lost then promptly gained about 5 pounds of it back and have been sitting at this damned weight for  3 months now-  soooo frustrating!

    I have almost given up on the weight loss and think I may need to just have the excess skin and tissue removed to have any more loss.

    I am wearing a size 14/16 dress or skirt, 18 pants.  I wear mediums and larges for tops now!  Its crazy!  Considering where I came from size wise. 

    I will be back in Montreal Jan 4-8th I believe-  I would LOVE it if we could plan a little get together for then!  I miss you all and want to see your progress!!!

    you have come so far! the 70lbs will come, it will just be harder, you can do it! 400lb loss is ....ing amazing! you dont read about those kind of losses! push forward, i know you will do it!
