Is there such a thing as "healthy" caffeine?  I don't really understand what you're asking for.

Caffeine is caffeine is caffeine.  I mean you could try tea - but it's still caffeine.  :)

Caffeine is one of those things that you'll have to ask your Dr specifically about... everyone is different. I was cleared for coffee at 4 weeks and have been drinking the fully leaded (sometimes triple leaded) stuff since then with no issues. Some Dr's are the never again types if yours is a sadist errr I mean one of those that says never again... I'm sorry....

Decaf teas like Rooibos are yummy or an alternative (tasty, caffeine free, not coffee but  might be an option for you is herbal coffee)

Now if you can have caffeine... there is CLICK Espresso Protein

or you can also always toss a Bux Via Stick or Taster's Choice stick into your regular protein shake.

Thanks guys!! Um for the question is caffeine healthy...as far as I'm concerned it all depends on who you listen to. It is high in antioxidants and according to Dr. Oz that is where most Americans get their antioxidants from. I couldn't make up such an elaborate lie. Anyhow, some say it's a diuretic and some say it's not. I love it and will wait for the day. Again, Thanks guys (gals).

I know how you're feeling. I love my coffee, french press style, and I just had my surgery on January 27th, 2012.

So I have to wait until I get the all clear to have it again.

I've resorted to bulk teas, like rubioos, black teas and green teas. They are so flavourful and you can even get a 'coffee tea' that is caffiene free, but it curbs that coffee craving!
