Almost 1 year out with before/after PICS
I'm a few weeks away from my 1 year surgery anniversary date which is March 2nd. It's hard to believe that it's been almost a year since I had gastric bypass surgery. Time flies.
Presently I'm within 2 lbs of my goal weight. I've lost close to 133lbs thus far and I'm feeling 100% better than I was prior to weight loss surgery. My feet thank me alot!
I'm so much healthier and happier--I am so glad I did the weight loss surgery. I have my life back now.
Here are some before WLSurgery and after pics. The "after" pics were taken last week. It's an amazing transformation as most of you know. It does take hard work and dedication to keep it off long-term too. It's kinda nice to go from a size 24/26 to a size 8! Yippie! Enjoying every minute of it.

You look amazing, and I'm sure you feel amazing too! Great job and you're such an inspiration to me. I was wearing a size 26/28 the day of surgery and to see how far you have come in just a year gives me so much hope. I'm about 10 weeks out and so far so good, wearing a size 22 now, but wow, an 8? That is so awesome. Congrats, and thanks so much for posting this and the pictures. It's such an inspiration to me and I'm sure many others. Keep up the great work.
