I don't mean to be a whiner, but does anyone know how to get rid of the terrible gas pains???? I've taken GasX for the last 3 days by the box full! It only gives temporary relief.... Any suggestions????

when did you have your surgery??? if it is recent. its gas from surgery and you need to walk, walk, walk

my surgery was 9 months ago but I recently had a stomach virus that has left me miserable!!! After anything and everything I eat or drink I get the most aweful pains.

Well ... I dont recommend it but I took a half a pepto tablet and it helped my diahrea and gas about 10 days out but it plugged me up bad. :o)
Never again...lol... Are you consuming fiberous meals?
Milk in my protein killed me at first I went to soy or silk for awhile.
Hope you feel better soon.

Try those gas drops in the baby section. They worked for me.

As others have said, walk walk walk. It should help you but if it doesn't talk to your doctor. There may be something they can offer you to help you out.
