Constipation TMI

Ok OH'ers. I'm constipated.
When I'm constipated.....I think of S***.
And when I think of S***, I think of my ex-husband.
When I think of my ex-husband, I get mad.
Don't be like me and get mad...stay REGULAR!!!
I'm going to take some laxatives and possibly an enema and.......
I'M GONNA WASH THAT MAN RIGHT OUTTA MY HAIR!!!

Ouch!  I find that if it eat some prunes every day, then I am regular like clockwork.

I have to take Miralax and colace daily to keep my constipation away.

I have found that 1/2 a cup of regular or decaff coffee cleans me right out!!!! Thank God, cuz I hate the miralax stuff.

Thanks everyone. Things are better but I think I need a stick of dyamite. I've been taking Miralax daily, senekot, and colace. MOM didn't seem to do much today. My doc has scheduled me to see a GI doc soon. So hoping that I don't need his services.....LOL
