Reached onederland yesterday.  Feels so great.  My RNY was June 11th. I can go a week or more with no loss and then bang!  lose 3 lbs in one day!  I feel so much better.  I thought losing 30 lbs. was not much until a friend suggested I try to carry three 10 lb bags of sugar to the end of the aisle and back in WalMart.  Ok,!  It's a big deal after all.  So thankful for my surgery.
