When can I take whole pills?

Hello my bariatric buddies, I am almost a month post op and I was wondering when can I take whole pills. I crush them at the moment but it is getting very hard for me. If I have to crush them for the rest of my life, how do I make this procedure (yes, I said that) tolerable?

What is your surgeon's recommendation? I was told to use chewable MVIs and go to pills when I added calcium at 3 weeks. But, I was sent home with a big Vicodin pill for pain (no instructions to crush) and I tolerated it well.

I was told to crush pills and that was it.:-( I assumed it would be for a while. I currently have a virtual multi vitamin but all the rest of the pills are whole pills

LOL. I can usually figure out what people mean but this one stumped me. I'm thinking, I take a LOT of vitamins, virtual vitamins would be a lot easier! Probably cheaper, too, huh?

Yes! Although I don't take them with food. I've found that depending on the pills, I can feel full for a bit.

I've always take full pulls. Monster one too! Calcium, multi vit.
