Aussie Cheese Fries....my kryptonite

I am meeting friends for dinner at Outback.  

Aussie cheese fries are my favorite!  I have a plan to just get shrimp on the Barbie... 

I pray I can be strong and stay away from the fries!

Stay away from them now. Think that you might be able to have a couple in the future - once you are at your goal and comfortable with your maintenance calories. I had to look at no food is a never food - just a not right now food.  I can eat a bite of anything now, log it in my calories and maintain.  That may change the farther out I go, so I believe that we must constantly evolve and stay on top of our weight and our long term success plan.

I did it!  I had 7 grilled shrimp. And 1 crouton!   I stayed on my plan!   (Okay the crouton wasn't on my plan). But no fries no bread.  I am d ping a happy dance!

Good for you! I'm sure it wasn't easy to avoid the "fun stuff", but you managed beautifully. Excellent work!

Do not order them. Instead bring a string cheese stick and eat it. LOL! Seriously, you can eat one before you go. You can resist!
