Reflux...sorta

Hi folks,

So recently I've been noticing that I'll get these flashes of reflux during the day.  They happen at odd times--not directly after eating....they don't seem to be associated with anything.  I'll just be sitting there and I'll feel what feels and tastes like acid in the back of my throat.  I told my doctor's nurse practitioner about it during my last follow up and she upped my dose of prilosec to 20mg twice a day.  There really hasn't been any change, so I'm going to reach out and talk to her about it again.  Anyone else have this issue?  Any thoughts?
