Abbreviations???

So I am 26 and really really suck at the shortened/abbreviations with texting...so I also have no idea what's going on sometimes here either lol (

NUT = Nutritionist

OH! thank you for this!!!! I joined the OFF because I thought it referred to Over 50 (as in years of age, not BMI!!!)

oh well, only 1 of the two now pertains.....
