Wednesdays-Exercise call RNY'ers

I am doing the first week of couch to 5 K plan today.  So treadmilling and walk/jogging for me!

Current weight (2/27/2015) 139lbs, ~14% body fat

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !

Water aerobics is so much fun! I wished I lived close to a gymn with a pool that offered them. I have to drive clear across the city to get to one.  :(  But the time I went on vacation is was so much fun!

Yea the water aerobics has helped me a lot become more mobile. I have always been a swimmer so I love the water. Where did you go on vacation?

Walking 2 miles outdoors!

Enjoy the nice weather. It is raining here. The ground "needs" it, but today I am stuck indoors!

Walking 2.2 miles on my treadmill and riding my bike for twenty minutes too!

Just did my first ever Hoops & Shimmies class...hula hoops and belly dancing. I haven't touched a hula hoop since I was 12 - but it turned out to be a great time.
