Congrats !!!   Your in for a amazing journey.   Word of advice....the more you move and walk the soreness will go away.   Welcome to the loosers bench.

I feel OK today.   Tired and sore.   I've walked around and had part of a protein drink.  No drains thankfully.  Had horrible nausea last night but didn't throw up.

I think a nap is in order now lol.

This is the worst part, now it will only get better. I'm glad to hear that things went well for you, and welcome to the Loser's Bench!

Every day will get a bit better from here on out. Try to walk as much as you can because it really will help you feel better faster. Welcome to the losers bench too!

Hooray! Walk and drink, walk and drink. Don't freak out if you don't lose the first week, and the three week stall. Follow your program.

Glad you are done. Everything will be shiny!
