Cramp in toes
Not sure if this is related to surgery or not, but the last 2 days I have had a cramp in my toes on my left foot. I have been walking everyday for about 2 miles. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and what they did for it. Thanks
After blood tests showed I had low levels, I fought painful foot, leg and hand cramps with extra potassium, magnesium and calcium. Especially potassium and magnesium. Talk to your doctor about adding that, or increasing it if you are already taking it. After a long bike ride I take even more.
And remember, while magnesium oxide is commonly available and cheap, it is the least bio-available form of magnesium.

Ditto the magnesium and potassium supplementation for cramps. The upside to magnesium supplementation...it also helps with constipation. Dehydration can also cause cramping. Make sure you're drink a minimum of 64 ounce of fluid a day.
Thanks everyone. I get my 3 month blood test on Friday, so curious to see what the results say. Will be defiantly picking up some potassium and magnesium.
