Egg purees

Hi does anyone have any suggestions on puréed eggs? Anyone mix with cheese or maybe some sausage?

i also got refried beans and ricotta. Looking forward to that.

any seafood purée that doesn't include mayo? I hate mayo. Also using fresh seafood and not canned!

My doc's plan let's me mash my eggs with a fork during the pureed stage. It has worked well for me.

I was only allowed poached or soft boiled at this stage to keep it soft and moist. Didn't have to actually be pureed into slop.. just cut up finely.

Try some smoked salmon, like lox. They are very soft and they almost melt in your mouth. Cut small pieces, they will be fine as purée.

Pureed eggs sounds icky to me.  I just waited until I was on soft foods.
