Kale Chips
Hi ! I have made them once or twice
The key is:
a) use parchment paper
b) spray the pices lightly with olive oil. Very light.
c) I used lots of salt and parmesian cheese.
They were supposed to be "good" for three days. They didnt last a day. The crispy salty cheese goodness was too much for me and I ate the whole pan in a day (I was pre-op).
After that I rarely made them because they were too much like a potato chip. I have a tough time with chips and crackers. Kale chips were THE FIRST savory snack I COULDNT walk away from.
Having learned that, I just dont kale chip.
Elephant kale works the best (bigger leaves). remember to cut out that fiberous center stalk.
