It really works!!

This morning I am 7 weeks out since RNY and a total of 40 lbs. down since my 2 week pre-op diet (11 lbs.) and surgery (29 lbs.) AND I'm 7 only lbs. away from the one-hundred club!  OMG!!! Did the happy dance this morning when I did my weekly weigh in.  Thanks to my doctor and everyone for all your suggestions and support on this board.  I still have 50-60 lbs. until I to my goal weight, but this is one heck of a mini goal.

It took me a minute to figure out the "one-hundred club" - I finally figured it out - I finally joined last week - once I got to 205, progress was excruciatingly slow - but when I broke through - the lost pounds finally caught up. (A counselor once told me that when you stay on track, but the scale does not respond immediately, that those lost pounds are 'banked' and in a few weeks they will show up as progress. )

I am 5 months out - advice take you vitamins.  They were bothering my stomach, so I got transdermal from PatchMD.com and have been very happy.  Passed by 3-month bloodwork with flying colors!  Also I only weigh once per week and take my nasal Bs at the same time.
