There is an app that does the cycle stuff on the run walk....what is the name of an app that does that?

Search for "couch to 5k" on your app store, there are several you can use.

This one is for the iTunes store.

I wear a Fitbit, and also into MyFitnessPal so my food and exercise are logged in the same place.

I like RunKeeper because it syncs with MyFitnessPal and logs all different types of activity so you don't need a separate app for everything like the MapMyRun, MapMyRide, etc. ones.
