I would make deviled eggs. Hummus and cucumbers would work too, but then I wouldn't have room for anything else.

I might buy a bag of meatballs, heat 'em up and make some SF BBQ sauce to pour over.

too many to list...

any roast... cold cuts... shrimps... cheese cubes..  veggies... pork rinds.. (the last one - you would be surprised how many people actually love them - I took some to a party - and before I blinked - the basket was empty... while there was still a lot of chips... go figure...

Crock pot pulled pork - buy a Pork butt, add in some onion & garlic and other spices and some broth - let it cook for 6-8 hours, and it's ready to shred.  Bring buns for those who can eat them and leave the BBQ sauce in the bottle on the side.  I just eat 3 oz of the meat and I'm stuffed!

similar to what Roadrage said above, but use boneless chicken in the slow cooker and shred it.  I did it last week and it was DELICIOUS!  I just seasoned it with garlic, salt and pepper and that allowed me to add whatever sauce or flavor I wanted.

I'll likely make some this weekend.  I can make enough in one crock pot to feed my family of 4 for at least 2 or 3 meals if I add steamed veggies for a side dish.
