well, I'm here in my bed,,,,I just got my first little med cup of water. I'm so dry I could drink the whole bottle! Well, I couldn't, but I would like to. The surgeon told my h. usband all went perfectly. Having some significant pain right across the top of my abdomen but it isn't horrible...pain meds help enough, but mostly make me sleep. I've had my first walk too...woozy! But overall feeling good and can't believe it's done! Thanks for all the prayers and good wishes!

I'm 2 weeks post surgery.  There will be tough days but you can do this.  The rewarding part is you start to lose almost immediately.  Getting on the scale has been a motivator for me instead of something I dread.
