First time sick after RNY

I have been 9 months Post Op RNY been doing great down significant amount of weight so I have been very proud of my accomplishment also not ever getting sick. Well Then this Sunday I had Grilled Shrimp and Asparagus well let us just say after a few hours feeling good around 10pm I was as ill as ill could be vomiting. It was so bad that I was scared a very painful ordeal as well.

SHRIMP OR ASPARAGUS Never Again :(

I hear of so many people pushing themselves and eating badly even after going through that type of ordeal I was mortified.

Sorry just wanted to share and after that ordeal I pray to never feel that way again YUCK!

If you were fine for several hours and then vomited that's likely a food-borne illness.
