Good morning menu crew! Its mid week, two days to go to the weekend! We have a long weekend here in Canada, we are off on Monday. Its always been known that this is the weekend people open their pools, open their cottages and stuff. I have neither a cottage or a pool so will most likely be yard work. People get this, its suppose to go to 28C (82F), 37C (98F) with the humidity today. Yesterday it was only a high of 16C (58F), quite the weather change!!! I don't remember these kinds of weather swings when I was kid, can you say Global Warming?

QOTD: What is your fav brand of athletic clothing and running shoes. I have several pair of Saucony running shoes, they are the only brand that fit my feet. I love Nike and Under Armour clothes, Nike often has some really funky patterns and colours for their leggings. JB & Grim took us to an Under Armour outlet when we were there in Boston at Christmas, I got a pair of wicked purple UA running leggings in the KIDS, section I got a medium and they were a fraction of the price of the "Women's" sizes. So ladies look in the kids/youth section you can get great deals! Do any of the woman on here do "Fabletics" I see the commercials and her stuff looks awesome, would love to hear your recommendations!

3.6 yrs post op RNY / 125.4 lbs today / plain maintenance food (keeping gallbladder happy)

B: 2 coffee with Vanilla Premier Protein

L: tuna with red pepper & balsamic

S: 2 babybel

D: 1 chicken sausage + 1 tsp of bbq sauce

S: Vanilla Skyr yogurt + 1 tbsp bran buds + 1 tbsp SF raspberry jam

TOTALS: 798 calories, 98 protein, 34 carbs

V: patches are on

L: down to 1 full caffeine, rest of the day decaf and lots of ice water with splash of SF cranberry juice

E: no gym today, but its grass cutting, weeding, and housework. Might be too hot for the dogs to go out so that is TBD

Great to see you doing the menu thread again DD2! I hope JB is having a wonderful time in Paris! I didn't know there was a UA outlet in Boston. We are going there today so DH can get a PET scan (last qualifying test for Alzheimer's clinical trial). I'm going to look up the UA outlet address and maybe go there.

QOTD: Sneakers - New Balance (there is an outlet for them in Boston too). I like UA workout bras, but will wear pretty much whatever fits and I like the color of for anything else. EDITED TO ADD: I actually like some of the workout wear at Walmart (good prices).

D: Maybe out to dinner in Boston - it is supposed to be 80 and sunny today!

Its good to be back! JB is having an amazing time, she keeps sending me pics of her adventures, its incredible! I am officially jealous! LOL

Sorry I should say the UA outlet was not in downtown Boston, I just looked it up and its at a place called "Wrentham Village Premium Outlets" there was so much there that we don't have up here in Canada so it was like being a kid in a candy store! JB also took me to a Talbots Outlet store in Hingham MA, OMG it was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend that outlet the deals were off the charts, again can't get it here in Canada!

Best of luck today with DH and his PET scan! Fingers crossed he gets to be in the trial. Safe travels.

Don't go telling other people about Talbot's outlet! If someone scoops her on a deal, JB will have your head on a pike!

Wrentham is not far either (but not for today)! And Talbots outlet is definitely a must go periodically (SIL used to live on the Hingham side of Weymouth).

Oh boy I've been to the Wrentham outlets many times but I didn't know about the talbots in Hingham!!

Morning menu crew!

The weather is going to be crazy today! I really need to go shopping soon. I have maybe two outfits I can wear to work right now at these temps.I've been pushing it off because I wanted to go down one more size, but time's up hahah! I also need new bras....underwear...workout clothes...

qotd: last time I was in Boston, we went to the New Balance outlet. I had googled around for best plus size runners for people prone to plantar fasciitis (I love the internet! There's literally a blog for everything!) anyway, I went with a new balance pair, and I love them! I'm usually a saucony girl, but the last pair I had killed me(actually also bought in Boston on different trip...)

for work out clothes, at this point I just go with whatever fits well and is cheapish. I love the new nike plus size line, but I can't justify the money on something I can only wear for a season or so. I've had luck buying tops at winners, and bottoms at additionelle ( I cannot wait to never darken their overpriced door again).

D: I'm going to throw ribs in the slow cooker and finish them on the BBQ tonight!

I so hear you in Additionelle! Over priced and at ours the sales people are so snooty. Hoping as they get more competition their attitude changes. I can fit into enough regular size stuff now that I don't have to shop there. I do however occasionally check their clearance because most people in the size 14-16 range would rather not shop there.

Good morning menu folks!

We had a grea****er aerobics class last night. The class is lots of fun and keeps growing. It would be nice to have more room in the pool with less people, but it is a good time.

It's supposed to be in the 90s today so I don't know whether I will get in an outdoor walk or not.

I have my monthly appointment with my surgeon today and I hope that he is pleased with my progress.

QOTD: I've always worn New Balance shoes, but my best fit shoes are now Saucony. I have some Under Armour clothes, but I'm not stuck on a particular brand.

Breakfast: Hard boiled egg, turkey bacon

Snack: Ice Tea protein shake

Lunch: TJ's Balsamic chicken

Snack: turkey breast

Dinner: BBQ chicken breast

Exercise: short walk, probably some pool time since it is supposed to be hot.

HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.

Good morning all - I thought I would change it up and post early for a change. I am on my last break at work for the night. 1 1/2 hours to go. What a long day I have been up since 5:30 yesterday morning with the exception of my almost 3 hour nap before I had to leave for work. But I am not complaining too much it was 12 hours of overtime.

I have to work the next to nights as well so I will not get anything accomplished at home until Friday.

QOTD: I don't run, I don't do a lot of walking right, but I am going to start. I am having issues with Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot right now, I got a shot in my foot on Monday and he said it should be feeling better in a couple days. I hope this is not what he meant by better, although it is a little better it still hurts like heck. The only tennis shoes that I am wearing now are Sketchers with memory foam, I have three pairs of them and switch off depending on what I am wearing.

Menu:

B- Green chili egg bake

L - 3 chicken Mozzarella Meat balls with 1/4 cup marinara,

D - 3.7 oz. Shrimp w/ 1 Tbsp. ****tail sauce

S - Light tuna pouch

S - Protein water

Calories - 673, Protein - 92, Carb - 20
