Happy Friday gang! Photo Friday - open topic, post whatever you want! We made it to the weekend! Who has great weekend plans. I have no plans and I love it! Its my birthday on Sunday and I think hubby and I are just going to go out for a steak dinner or maybe not, I am not into celebrating my birthday, I like to celebrate others but not mine, meh.

Accountability: So at my staff event last night it was awesome and I ate a few goodies such as: 2 shrimp, 1 mini samosa, 1 pear & brie toast point, lots of pepper jack cheese and 3 crackers. Yup I treated myself LOL I knew it would happen so I am okay with it, its not like my mindless eating in the evenings, this was planned. So I did not adjust MFP as I know I was way over my calories, lets just leave it at that shall we

If you missed my AMAW winners post, I did it yesterday afternoon, do congrats the winners!

3.7 yrs post op RNY- maintenance food

B: lots of decaf with 2 vanilla PP

L: 4oz of tandoori chicken over lettuce + hot sauce

S: 2oz of pepper jack cheese

D: 3 slices of deli turkey breast + swiss cheese + honey mustard

S: skry yogurt + fresh raspberries + bran buds

TOTALS: 910 calories, 117 protein, 35 carbs

V: patches are on ( multi, iron, B12, VitD & Calcium)

L: 120 oz is my usual (lots of decaf & water with diet cranberry juice)

E: super hot & humid here today so 5km at the gym after work and maybe take the dogs out in the evening, they don't do well in the heat so maybe not

Here are my pics for photo Friday, last night at the event, one of our benefactors brought these huge lollipops for the staff, the fat girl in me was like "take them all and go nuts" but I just took a pic instead. And the white roses they had on all the tables, I love roses

Happy Early Birthday! I hope you have a great time celebrating :)

I had the best day yesterday seeing my old students graduate and then going to celebrate my mom's retirement from teaching. Here are a few pics:



This weekend I have more family fun! MY BFF and I are taking our dads to see the Tall Ships in Boston on Father's Day. We have coveted tickets to actually go out for a sail on the water, not just tour the ships, so I am excited! We also have plans to see a minor league baseball team and go out for lunch.

Accountability: Yesterday was a weirdly small pouch day, which was good since I didn't have a plan. I literally didn't remember to at anything until after noon. That hasn't happened in a long time! Ended up with 722 calories, 49 protein & 65 carbs.

22 months post op / 117lbs today / maintenance diet

Today's plan:

B: BLACK coffee & 1 slice cauliflower crust pizza

S: Plain chicken with bagel spice & Greek yogurt

L: Buffalo Chicken Dip

S: Babybel Cheese Lite

D: Steak

Totals: Calories: 778 / Protein: 79 / Carb: 27

Love your pics, your Mom looks so happy! What an incredible thing to do for her, you are so sweet! I love the pics of you and the kiddos, I bet they loved having you there!

Your weekend plans sound awesome, tall ships, Boston harbour, wow kind of jealous over here!

Love the pics! My DH will be so jealous! He loves the tall ships, but they always come when we are in Aruba. Friends have been posting pictures of them coming through Cape Cod Canal this week.

Morning everyone,

glad the event went well Daisy!

getting together tonight with some of my husband's extended family at a brew pub. Tomorrow, no idea. If we stay in the city, probably a baseball game. A Cuban team is in town for a 3 day series. And Sunday is Father's Day, so we're heading to the farm. Going to celebrate and check on the hops!

yesterday stats:

Calories 709, carbs 17, protein 84 (finished those sunflower seeds...)

todays menu:

B: protein shake (out of premiere, trying a powder. I'm skeptical...)

L: 2.5oz taco meat with chopped tomatoes and onion and cucumber

D: tbd on how the evening plays out. But protein forward as always!
