Morning Weekenders!!

Whats on every one's agenda this weekend? It's looking grey and heavy outside, but I'm hoping to get some yard work done and maybe take in a ball game.

Qotd: I thought it might be fun to do a round up of where you live and what your town/city is known for.

I live in Ottawa, ON. I guess it's known for being the capital of Canada. As any government town, it has a reputation for being boring. They're not wrong Hahahah I'd like to get through one evening out without people slipping into bureaucracy speak lol!

Yesterday's stats are pretty garbage. I forgot my breakfast and lunch. So I had cheese, cashews for breakfast, a bunless quarter pounder (never again. McDonald's meat is horrible without anything to mask it!)

Calories 894, protein 57, carbs 26

menu:

B: skyr with bran buds

L/D: no idea actually the fridge is quite empty! Adding a trip for groceries to the list!

Getting an early start this morning as hubby and I have a cowboy shoot about an hour from home today. Lily and I have our 3.2 miles in already even though we got slightly wet. Luckily she doesn't mind a light rain or we would not walk nearly as much as we do. We will do another mile after supper if it's dry. QOTD I live in Brighton Illinois a town of 1300 in the middle of a cornfield. We aren't known for anything at all. Speaking of Boring! Eating was much better yesterday and I stayed with my plan except dinner where I had 1/2 a 4 egg omelet instead of meatballs. Post op 4 years 9.75 months and weight at 118 today. Here's the food for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz pulled pork 1/2 c peas D 31/2 oz meatballs with pasta sauce 1/2 c green beans S P3 Pak. Have a great day everyone and make some smart and conscious choices that move you one step closer to your goals! We've all got this!

It is loads of fun. I'm practicing to eventually shoot too but right now I keep score for them. They shoot revolvers, rifles and shotguns at fixed steel targets that are usually fairly close. They use old style guns and dress in period clothing. Picture to follow.

Hey quick one for me

yesterday I got my hair trimmed after work, went to grocery store and bought dinner for dh and brought home. I also didn't eat wonderfully uesterday and stopped by Culver's yesterday because I had a free scoop of ice cream coupon. I was very proud of myself as I only ate 1/2 and took the rest home. Before I would have eaten a ton of it so it is an improvement.

weight 125.4 today

qotd: I live in Dahlonega ga, the first site of the us gold rush. Many do not know this and think it is California but it isn't!!

There is a country song out now called " A little dive bar in Dahlonega" by Ashley McBryde. I like that song, it must be about your town.

Good morning OH! Today is supposed to be a warm one and that makes me happy. We are taking the pups to the beach today, running a few errands, grocery shopping, paying the bills and some serious cleaning. Tonight we will BBQ, watch a movie and/or play some games.

I hear you about McDonalds... I went there recently and ordered the sausage mcmuffin with egg - no muffin. I used to love these sandwiches post op but oh man I barely ate 1/3 of it and was so sick. Never again.

QOTD -Until recently, I lived in San Luis Obispo, CA (30ish years). It's where my heart is and I still work there. It's known for being the happiest city in America according to Oprah! It's also half way between LA and SF, surrounded with fabulous wineries, close to the best beaches and home to the famous Madonna Inn. It's beautiful and there is so much to do! (but so expensive!) I love it and can't wait to move back. Hopefully this year as BF was just transferred to his firms office there and now we are both commuting.

6 almost 7 mo post op - 205 this morning!

b- coffee w/heavy cream, splenda, bacon

l-chicken breast

d-tri tip, maybe a cream cheese stuffed jalapeno wrapped in bacon

v/e =on track

e-long leisurely walk on the beach with pups

Have a great day!!!!

Good Morning!

I live in Falmouth MA on Cape Cod, where we are known for beaches and tourists! It is the second largest town on the Cape (after Barnstable) and is made up of many villages (I am technically in Hatchville) and beaches on Buzzards Bay/Vineyard Sound. We have a lovely downtown and other than the restaurants right on the water most everything is open year round (not necessarily true further out on the Cape). Our best months are September and October when the water and air are still warm but most of the tourists are gone.

I had good intentions yesterday (well like every day), but ate WAY too much at dinner and after. My plan is to be better behaved today!

B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese

L: deli turkey and mixed veggies

D: ? (Out to dinner)

S: protein bar, cheese sticks
