Thanks OH you just ate my whole post, you suck! So second try...

Happy Monday people, weekends are just too short! We had a good weekend. We had strange weather all weekend, hot, muggy, sunny, cloudy, thunderstorms, lightening and windy. We had it all. I want to call up Mother Nature and put in a order for just Sun please! How was your weekend?

Accountability: This weekend was my birthday weekend. I did not go off the rails, in fact I was having a small pouch weekend. Go figure. I did have about 4 bites of hubby's fresh apple turnover yesterday and it was delicious!!! But we did go out for lunch to our fav diner, we know all the staff there and adore them. Hubby tells then its my bday and out comes this huge caramel ice cream sundae! I don't like ice cream and well let's face it I am post RNY and that would just put me in a bad bad place. So I thanked the staff profusely and gave it to hubby. He loves ice cream so he ate about 90% of it but then driving home he had a total non-WLS RH episode. Its interesting because he eats so clean like me, high protein, low carb even when he eats some carbs/sugar he feels like total crap. Here is me with the bday Sundae!

3.7 yrs post RNY - maintenance food

B: lots of decaf with 2 vanilla PP

L: tuna/bell peppers/balsamic dressing

S: 1oz of Pepper jack cheese

D: turkey & swiss cheese meat roll ups (3 slices of each) + honey mustard

S: skry yogurt + fresh raspberries + bran buds

TOTALS: 1000 calories, 136 protein, 35 carbs

V: patches are on

L: lots of decaf + lots of water with splash of diet cranberry juice

E: 5km run at the gym and it not raining later 3km walk with the dogs in the evening

Accountability: meh. Everything was on plan, but not my best weekend, choice wise. Protein was lower than it should have been.

Menu:

B:protein shake

L: leftover steak, avocado and tomato

D: sausage with some kind of veg.

Good morning guys!

We had the same crazy weather this weekend and it didn't do much for my motivation. We got a few things accomplished on Saturday but Sunday was a day of complete laziness.

Accountability: Some cereal made its way into my face yesterday, he left a bag on the counter and instead of just putting it away I stuck my hand in the bag. Didnt give it a second thought, I just did it... more than once. And in prepping for the week I realized I had missed a few vitamins last week. No time for complacency.

6+ months post op

B- coffee w/ 1/2 chocolate premier

L- chicken breast, cucumber and tomato

D- I'm sure he'll bbq something...

S- beef jerky, plain skyr w/ 1/2 scoop protein powder

Morning everyone! You are so cute with the sundae! At least they brought you something that wasn't tempting...

Accountability: I had a really fun weekend but I was not great about clean eating. It is starting to weigh on me (literally) and I was tossing and turning last night feeling pretty mad at myself for bad choices, like eating the bread at the restaurant and snacking on granola for the heck of it. Yesterday I ended up with only 1350 calories (way more than I should have, but it wasn't a disaster) but I feel more and more like letting "bad" food in is more the norm than the exception these days. I also realized that this week has a lot more work events ahead of me with options for high carb choices, so if I am going to reset, I am going to have to work pretty hard to put my head in the game.

22 months post op / 118lbs today / maintenance diet

Good morning!

I got some serious packing done this weekend and still have so much to do. Hubby's work isn't helpful at all - they've scheduled him for mostly afternoons this week. He is off Friday to Sunday though. But most of the packing will be up to me as the older kids are starting exams. So glad I only have a 2 day workweek this week as I'm going to need those 3 days for sure. Tonight I have to go to the new place for a bit. They let us have it a week early if we took care of some cleaning. Owen is away for the weekend but he will be back today and I'm sure he will come with me. He's only 12 but he loves to help.

My stats over the weekend were all good and where I need to be but we did eat out a lot and I know this week will be more of the same. I had Chinese food on Friday and then some leftovers on Saturday and even though I stuck to the meat and veggies, it really wasn't the best choice. My biggest problem is that leftover meat just doesn't sit well in my pouch which makes planning meals ahead a *****allenging. I will figure it out though. Having said that, I'm up 2 lbs! I know the scale plays games and I also know the Restoralax hasn't been doing it's job for a couple of days. I'm mentally preparing myself for another 2 week stall. After the last one, I shed 10 lbs very quickly so I'm going to keep reminding myself of that.

Menu today:

B: Protein shake

L: Chicken and veggies with pesto. It's a frozen dinner but the stats are very good and I know I won't eat all the veggies - or even half of them.

D; Probably BBQ pork chops if I have the time. My dad is coming tonight as well.

E: The last day of Shaun week on Beachbody. With my cold and packing, I missed one day last week. The rest of the week will be up in the air.

Good morning Daisy and Menu friends! Weekend was good and busy. Got to visit and go to dinner with my folks yesterday so that was nice.

Accountability. - hmmm...lets save it for another day, I have nothing good to say.

B - 2 hard boiled eggs

MS - dannon light and fit greek yogurt

L - left over veal parmagiana

AS - buddig meat and 100 calorie peanut pack

D - Baked cod

S - 4 SF Popscicles

calories - 962

Exercise - gym night tonight.

Good for you staying on plan and Happy Birthday again!

Accountability: I'm not really on or off plan since I'm still vacationing and not planning my dinners. I will have to get strictly on plan when I return, but I did stick to my eating for breakfast and lunch and I have been weighing every morning (up 2 pounds since we arrived 9 days ago).

L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D: ?

ETA: I just had a thought (difficult when vacationing). I think I'll do CAMAW/AMAW when I get home to reset!
