Mornin' All!

Lots to get done today - I really need to get going here!!

QOTD: We usually go for Indian, Thai, Middle Eastern, or Mexican when we go out for ethnic food, but I like pretty much everything. Indian can work, Librarian67 - I just use a little rice (I'd punt it completely, but most of the dishes are so saucy it'd be like eating soup without it) and skip the naan. Admittedly, though, it's harder than some of the other cuisines because you do sorta need *some* rice with most of the dishes... Lately I've had a thing for the tacos you get at those small, authentic Mexican places. I've heard tacos are enjoying a huge surge in popularity right now, so evidently I'm not alone! I love fish ones - and tinga - and el pastor - and carne asada - well, a bunch of them!! Plus the authentic ones are usually pretty small with just onion and cilantro on them, so two of them (often just the innards) make a perfect meal!

2 years 3 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt with fresh raspberries and blueberries

S: coffee with half & half, SF vanilla latte protein/Miralax shake

L: egg salad on a FlatOut FoldIt

D: either a pork chop or homemade chicken fajitas

probably another grilled peach with vanilla yogurt & cinnamon (cannot stop eating this...)

ex: WE ARE GOING TO THE GYM TONIGHT. WE ARE GOING TO THE GYM TONIGHT. WE ARE GOING TO THE GYM TONIGHT!!!

So much yummy on the street tacos! We go to a restaurant that has a perfect trio as an appetizer (chicken, beef and pork) and it's perfect for me with just the insides. I try and avoid the chips and salsa but sometimes "budget" for a few ahead of time.
