B: ONe cup chilli. One cup carmel coffee (80 calories), tea with cream

S: More coffee from Dunkin

L: 3 oz steak plus veggies

Dinner: 2/3 of a really big hamburger plus more veggies

E1: Body pump

E2 (Maybe): HIIT Tae bo (i am sore for some reason so dont want to get to crazy..maybe my body is saying needs a rest day).

RNY Surgery: 12/31/2013; 

Current weight (2/27/2015) 139lbs, ~14% body fat

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !

Good Morning and happy Friday-Eve. Hoping all our Texas and Florida friends are safe and sound.

QOTD: Mexican food now but used to be Italian.

Time since surgery: 3 years

B: SF latte, eggbeaters with roasted red pepper, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore tuna lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Homemade Greek yogurt with strawberries and ¼ cup bran cereal, 2 Brazil nuts and Buddig beef, small banana and SF popsicle when I get home

D:TJ turkey burger topped with melted cheddar, ½ a baked sweet potato with butter, cottage cheese and SF vanilla pudding made with Fairlife topped with cool-whip

E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1174 Protein:116 Carbs:94 Fat:42

I love Mediterranean/Greek. Also love Indian. I have a vegetable curry recipe I love but it makes such a huge pot I only make it for company and I make homemade naan with it. Soooo good. Since I make it myself I know the stats and they aren't bad.

I live in NY do Italian is a must. Have been enjoying my Pampered Chef spiralizer to make 'pasta'

Felt better in the late afternoon so managed to make soup. It was delicious and hit the spot. Back to morning feeling like crap, ears clogged really drives me crazy. Will decide in early afternoon if I am canceling tonight's training... will see if so rise again from the dead.

Ate way less calories than normal yesterday but tons of fluids.

B: usual latte maybe eggs if I'm up to it.

L: Beef veggie soup

pre-workout (if I go) Bulgar Wheat and 1 tbsp PB

D: TBD

S: lots of fluids, maybe a yogurt

ex: ???
