Good morning :)

I'm off to a friend's house today to help with some cleaning and organizing. Then I need to go get some groceries so I can put together something to take tomorrow to a different friend's new house. I also want to try and find a housewarming gift... I'm thinking a plant -- maybe a succulent that doesn't need a lot of care.

QOTD: my main creative outlet used to be playing piano, but since we got the puppies I keep a play yard around it because they both decided it would be fun to chew on -- my 100 year old full upright piano :( I also love art (drawing, painting, photography, etc.) and crafty things like crocheting and little projects. My aunt who passed away last year taught me to crochet when I was a child. I inherited all her wool and supplies, so I can play around and do lots of projects. Last things I made were dishcloths for my mom.

Photo: last weekend we went to a new little town where our friends just moved. They took us for a walk to the river and around the downtown. This was a picture I took on our walk.

Post-op two years, six months.

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - cheese stick, nuts

Lunch - tbd but probably chicken

Snack - turkey sausage

Dinner - beef stew

Snack - protein shake

All water and vits.

QOTD: I love to cross stitch and do adult coloring books (I am not good at the books), but I never have the time because I am working, exercising, cooking or cleaning (cleaning takes last priority but sometimes the condo gets SOOO bad).

B: 4 and 3/8 oz (hamburger steak) (I am weighing because the scale is going NO WHERE. Maybe it is my period, maybe it is inflammation, but PROBABLY extra calories sneaking in somewhere) + 1/2 cup baked beans.

L: Tuna salad (300 calories).

S: Curate bar (190 calories)

D: 3 oz steak and stir-fried cabbage (i.e. peanut oil, sesame oil, onions, one head cabbage, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce = 180 calories per stir fried serving).

E1- Zumba for 45 minutes.

E2-Ellipitcal (skipping abs as my lower back has been bugging me the past 2 days...feels tight-20 minutes between classes)

E3-Barre Basics for 45 mintues (not a big calorie burn...more lengthening assisted with light weights).

Estimate calorie burn from E-450 calories.

I hate riding bike but I LOVE spin class. Going to start running agian this weekend and see if has helped!

So this hangs on my office wall. I originally colored it for a co-worker who asked me to do one she could keep in her office... with the coloring book I have, this was the best I can do. I keep that magnet on top over the word 'dick'. Hahaha!

That is really pretty!!! DId you use crayon or markers. If you used crayon, you are so uniform on your pressure that it almost looks PAINTED!
