It's been just about a year (give or take) since I have taken over doing the daily RNY menu thread and I feel its time for someone else to take this on.
I'd like to thank everyone for your support, for posting your menus, posting your Photo Friday pics, putting up with all my crazy QOTD and putting in your accountability, you all rock!
I will be around, I am not leaving OH, I plan on continuing to support, guide and give advice.

Maintenance is extremely HARD. I had surgery on my stomach not my brain. The struggle is real and I work daily to maintain my weight loss, you can do it too!
