wow. Munchies? what do you mean by that?
I cook a lot of food in that. Very fast, moist meat. great flavor. takes me less time to cook a meal in IP that to get takeouts. I think you don't get how the IP cooks.
I use mine (i have 2) to cook all the time. I am BELOW goal at 9 years post op.
