Patch dosen't work for me

I started using the iron patch the first part of the year. My lab last year in Nov was Ferritin 122 now this Nov 69. Has anybody went through this?

my hemo says iron patch does not work. I have to have infusions if mine gets low.

They work wonderfully for a lot of people, but unfortunately, I am not one of them. Really, after trying every type and kind of supplement, I have resigned that I will need to continue infusions every 5 to six months.
