Good morning and welcome to a new week! We had a busy weekend - Ibworked Saturday and then had our work party Saturday night. Then yesterday we had a special church meeting that went all day and we went back to Charles's cousins for supper. Accountability wasn't bad but I wasn't perfect either.

QOTD: Have you ever done photo booth pics? We set one up at our family reunion a year and a half ago and it was a lot of fun. Everyone just used their own cameras though so it wasn't a true photo booth but we had lots of props and most people have cell phones. We had a photo booth at the party on Saturday night and it was also a lot of fun. This is the 2nd year our company has done it. Even though it's not Photo Friday, I will share the pics. I did 1 set with Charles, Another with my niece who works in a different department and another one with my work friend who I also carpool with.

Menu:

B: Protein shake

L: Cold cuts

D: Porkchops and veggies

I also have to plan for a reasonable snack because I know I will be starving when I get home.

Mom starting a round of the 21 Day Fix today so I will be doing that later.

Vitamins and water on track.

Good morning menu folks! Teena, the pics are great! Thanks for sharing.

I had a nice weekend, but it didn't feel long enough. I feel like I could use a week of just napping and hibernating. I did get in swimming both days, but no hiking. It is getting pretty cold to get out in the woods, but I still might get out in the next few weeks.

QOTD: I've never done a photo booth, but they look fun.

Accountability: I was munchy yesterday afternoon and ate more cashews than I should have. They tasted good and I allow myself to eat them, but I just ate alot.

Menu:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup plain oatmeal, hard boiled egg, 2 oz ham

Snack: protein shake

Lunch: TJ's chicken sausage, broccoli slaw

Snack: 2 oz turkey breast

Dinner: ?not sure yet

Exercise: 60 minutes of swimming, maybe even Aqua Zumba

HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.

Oh Monday...I was so busy over the weekend I feel like I need another day just to be lazy. I worked some overtime, went thrifting to find something dressy for DH to wear to my company Christmas party this Saturday (pretty sure that 6x button up he had would look like he was playing dress-up with dad's clothes at this point. He found some slacks and a decent polo--he was thrilled to fit a 2x!). Double date with friends Saturday night, then Yesterday we put up Christmas decorations. It was 60 degrees and I was outside in just a T-shirt. Today, the temps will drop to the 30s. I hate snow, but it's so hard to get into the Christmas spirit without it.

QotD: I've done a few photo booths with friends, they're fun!

breakfast: protein shake. I've had a bad accountability week, and with my last weigh-in looming I need to get serious.

lunch: leftover beef stew

snack: Greek L&F

dinner: probably salmon tonight

HW: 340 SW: 329 Goal: 170

QOTD: I think I've done one a few times but have no idea where the pics were. plus always self conscious of fitting in the booth.

Last two days were not good food days for me. I'm having my own camaw this week. I will allow yogurt and jello and veggies and meat though. just no extra snacky snacks. last night i decided to eat m&m's. not a proud moment but I'm moving on.. today is a new day.

you guessed it-

dinner not sure on yet it is DH's birthday!!! I will see if he wants to eat out or not. when i asked him last night he said, we are going to NYC on sat so we wil have tons of awesome food there.

QOTD: Nope, never was anywhere with a photo booth set up - at least not that I noticed. I might actually do pics now that I'm not as camera shy.

QOTD: My first thought was those old time photo booths where you sit inside and the camera snaps 4 shots and then a strip of pictures comes out the side of the machine. I did those kind of photo booths when I was a kid. I did one modern day photo booth at my niece's graduation party. Picture is of my brother and me.

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 69, Calories 1,171, Carbs - 128.
