Howdy friends, how is everyone? All is good here! We are getting sunshine and a high of 15C (60F) today and temps are supposed to continue to rise into next week, so excited! Its hard to believe its May next week! Seems like it would never get here.

Accountability: spot on

QOTD: Are you a cash, debit card or credit card type person? I use my debit card 99% of the time. Rarely do I ever have cash on me and if I do need cash I just go to an ATM and grab whatever I need. I use my credit card minimally as I just hate Credit Cards but I do love sending etransfers of money if I owe someone or using PayPal its so easy!

Time since surgery: 4 & 1/2 years

B: lots of decaf and vanilla PP used as creamer & lots of raspberry tea all day

L: TBD - going out with a co worker will probably have a salad

D: Angus burger with cheese no bun

V: patches are on + oral dry D3 & oral B12

E: was pouring rain last night so did not go for a run so will do 10k tonight and take the dogs out for a hike

we were considering selling our house, but I think we're staying 5 more years and doing some Renos instead. Last night we started to get organized to purge the basement in anticipation.

qotd: I'm a credit girl, all the way. I'll take them points, thank you very much! I mostly use scene points, so it's always free when we go to the movies! Which is fairly often!

D: tbd it's brew night, and everyone takes turns with dinner. And it's not our night.

So glad the weekend is almost here

Yesterday had a bit more coffee and ended day with total of 780 calories. Today is the same as yesterday for every meal, premier protein shakes, broth, v8 juice. But for dinner I get to have a small solid food meal. Thinking steak and aspagus.

QOTD mostly debit. I seem to never have cash when I need it.

Hello! I too, am so excited that the weather is finally warming up, my garden is sprouting, and all is well with my soul :)

qotd: I'm a debit card person for sure. It's rare that I have cash on me and my credit card is for emergencies only, although I do charge a small item to it every month to keep it reporting positively to credit bureaus and keep it from closing. I love PayPal as well, so that thing I charge is usually via PayPal big DH and I used to work in telephone support for PayPal! We both moved on to better paying gigs, but I still love the service.

breakfast: coffee with Premier

lunch: potluck day at work. I made two dishes, one is a crockpot of Swedish meatballs, the other is a vegan dish, sweet kale salad with a coconut milk based citrus dressing. im Not supposed to be eating raw veg yet, but DH tried it and said it was delicious, and he'd eat it DESPITE it containing broccoli, his nemesis, and that it did not contain bacon ;) ANYWAY I'll probably just have a few of my meatballs and some pulled pork someone else is bringing.

dinner: leftover lasagna stuffed chicken breast. It was a hit!

Howdy,

Getting up earlier and earlier every day. Its a once a year occurrence since I am a night bird but worrying about all the stuff I gotta get done, house showings (had two offers fall through on my current house)cleaning, packing,working a couple of jobs and going away next week motivate me to get my arse out of bed. Can't sleep anyway.

Had a bout of vomiting last night.5 times while trying to eat my dinner of zucchini spaghetti, meat and parm.

It went on for about 2 hours. I ate some yogurt and some crackers with a cup of tea about 930 and fell asleep. Probably not the best food choice but meat was off the table since the ground beef seemed to be the culprit.

Food for the day:

Protein shake with Isopure banana

Coffee with fairlife

lunch: ham and cheese on 1/2 low carb tortilla

dinner: have no clue but meat and brussel sprouts or a salmon patty

Low carb yogurt

Good morning menu folks! A lovely warm sunny day here too! I think I'm going to skip a departmental presentation that is going to be boring anyway and take a long walk to the monuments today. Otherwise, this is probably going to be a busy day. I hope to get in a swim this evening too to work off the stress of the day.

QOTD: I use a mixture of payments. I try to use cash for purchases under $5 and my debit card for most other things. I use Paypal regularly too. There are a few bills that they charge for using a credit or debit card as payment so I have to pull out the check book and send it by snail mail...ugh!

Menu:

Breakfast: scrambled eggs, ham

Snack: Cappuccino protein shake, apple, almonds

Lunch: I may grab something at the end of my walk.

Snack: turkey breast, baby carrots, protein shake

Dinner: shrimp

Exercise: long walk at lunch, maybe deep water aerobics tonight
