Unless your plan is specifically stating liquids.. you might want to go towards more solid dense protein. No refined carbs, but lots of vegetables. You need the carbs for energy to continue the kickboxing!
Also, WATER, WATER, WATER! It helps you dispose of the waste (insert fat) that you are creating.
I hope you are logging and paying close attention to what you are eating. If you aren't getting enough calories your body will slow down and not allow you to lose weight.
